As he say, Japan has the Emperor so we call the top of Japanese diet, which corresponds to American congress, as Prime Minister. The Prime Minister of Japan lives in "Sori kantei". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kantei The emperor of Japan, "Akihito no miya" or so-called "Heisei Tenno" lives in Tokyo Imperial Palace. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_Imperial_Palace http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akihito
4 :
There is no such president in Japan. Japan is the country based on the constitutional monarchy that has a prime minister instead of president. The minister has its Kantei to live in besides his private house there. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kantei

6 :

Learn WML. You can host anywhere you want. You can find step by step guide on how to make a website at website like http://oktutorial.com/webdesign.htm .

Ya, I have read a bit about this. As it turns out, you are pretty much stuck. Right now, cell phones are transitioning away from an old technology, into an "iphone" era, where the Internet is viewed in standard HTML just like the web browsers on our computers. In the past you would have to rewrite your whole page to be "cell phone viewable". But, in just a couple months it will be almost entirely no longer used, So unless you have a small site, or are really expect a lot of cell phone traffic (it's a rare thing to begin with), it's not worth it. Cell phones will soon be reading basic HTML pages as the standard. Here are some pages discussing this dilemma. http://www.cameronmoll.com/archives/000428.html

Always in japan

A) In Afghanistan , very poor ,worse if you're female. In Japan, very good, regardless of gender. B) Poor in Afghanistan, in Japan, expensive, but good. C) In Afghanistan, low, so is the standard of living. In Japan, standard of living is high, as well as costs. D ) This is a Muslim country, which limits people's freedoms, especially if you're female. Japan, high level of freedom regardless of gender. Life expectancy is no where near 80 in Afghanistan. But that sounds reasonable for Japan.
