Why do Japanese that live in Japan are so healthy and have a long life?
Is it their health care, diet, exercise, or just genetics?

Likely a combination of all factors you mentioned. ~Dr. B.~

Eat healthy, they don't have all the additives in their food.:)

Unfortunately, this is going in the opposite direction. The rate of suicide is very high in Japan, especially among children (!) and the elderly. Many suffer from stomach and other gastrointestinal problems; these are often easier to survive than say a heart attack. A lot of Japanese are heavy smokers. The Japanese you hear about who live long healthy lives are typically those who live in isolated areas in the country.

They tend to eat a diet based mainly around vegetables, rice, seaweed... etc. etc. ... things that are GOOD for you. They don't eat as much heavily processed foods or fat-filled fast food that we do eat here in the states. They also exercise more than we do. Americans need to realize that you can't just eat whatever you want, sit on your bum, and then be healthy, or pop some pill to fix whatever ails 'ya.
