okay so i put pokemon.jp for the japan site but when i wanna check something out i need an account i wanna make an account but i'm not sure i can because i live in the usa does anyone know if i can make an account even though i don't live in japan?

Yes, You can make an account, if the language is in Japanese and you only understand English, Then that is where you will have your problem. But yes, You are allowed to have an account on there.
