I live in Japan,just bought a new pc, installed usa version by custom while installing windows after turning my new pc for the first time, Now I can't type or read(see) Japanese.

If you want to type Japanese, you can always look to download the font used from various websites. If you want to have your Windows entirely in Japanese, you will need Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows 7 Ultimate where you can download language packs and then apply.
